Meet The Owner
Owner Van Wales is a Huntsville native with over 30 years of residential building experience. Van started his career as an lumber salesman assisting local contractors with building estimating services and purchasing. From there he moved on to construction supervision in the Huntsville and Madison area. After overseeing the individual construction of 500+ homes, he moved into many construction management roles such as, Warranty Manager, Production Manager, Estimating and Purchasing Manager, Plan Design Consultant, Sales Manager and Vice President of Construction. Van has helped build thousands of homes in North Huntsville and would like to use this knowledge and experience to help individuals build their own custom home.
