Plan Consultation
Whether you have a plan already designed to build or getting ready to design your dream home, we can help with plan consultation services. We assist you to make sure plans are designed so as not to offer unexpected complexities or add unforeseen building expenses. And we can assist with client meetings with the plan designer, or can assist you in selecting a local reputable plan designer to fit your needs and budget.
Estimating & Budgeting
Once your plans are completed we offer estimating and budgeting services for you based on your desired selections and finishes of your new home. Site evaluations of your home site are done with each client before estimating is started. We work directly with you, the client and your bank/lender to make sure they have everything you need financially documented. Once a contract has been signed we provide all the necessary information to your bank/lender and update each client on their budget status throughout the building process.
Construction Management
Vanguard Custom Homes manages all permitting, subcontractor scheduling, material purchases and construction management from start to finish of your new home. Several meetings are held onsite during the build process to ensure all construction questions are answered and to ensure quality control of the construction process. Pre-Construction, Pre-Sheetrock and Final Home Orientation meetings form a check and balance of the building process.
